Things that I need to just let go... When people behave in a way that offends me, or even hurt's me personally, I just need to stop obsessing and remind myself that their choices do not have to affect my life.
Thinking About
The fact this this upcoming year is Kyle's final year of school. I'm SO proud of him- and I can't wait for graduation. I hope that it can be as stress free as possible for him, but I know that no matter what, he will succeed! I'm also thinking about ways that we can continue to have a firmer budget in order to get some debt paid off (read: student loans suck). I also am thinking about the million projects I want to achieve, last night I wrote some on the whiteboard and became slightly overwhelmed.
Doing
Working, and trying to remain completely focused on doing my absolute best in the workplace. Cleaning the house, I'm going to make a chart (can you tell I'm extremely visual) to keep myself on task with daily, weekly, monthly and possibly annual household tasks. I won't go so far as to make it a sticker chart (what can I say, I'm a planner/5 year old at heart), but I hope that it helps keep me a little more organized.
Watching
Currently I'm hooked on prison break, but I have to restrain myself for when Kyle is home! Argh, although that's probably a good thing- otherwise I may be watching unhealthy amounts of Netflix. I also am anxiously awaiting Big Brother to start it's summer season, and Rookie Blue as well. I'm also shamelessly addicted to 16 & Pregnant. (*Don't judge me for how much I watch, or for the embarrassing mtv shows lol!)
Loving
SUMMER! Finally I remember what the green grass looks like and the sunshine feels like *cue dramatic sigh. Seriously, I was in major winter blues- so, so glad it's summer! I'm also loving owning our dog. I love her to pieces and even though sometimes she's a brat, I can't imagine her not being with us! She keeps me company when Kyle is out of town and is the sweetest little girl.
Eating
On the more unhealthy side than healthy. It's so hard! Ugh, and to be honest I don't really like cooking. I love to bake, when I get in the mood. Cooking, not really my thing... like. at. all. It's so easy to eat out, but because of expensive that is, and ridiculous obvs I'm not going to make that a regular thing.
So that's me, currently. What's up with you these days?
16 and Pregnant and Teen Mom are definitely some of my guilty pleasures, so no judgement from over my way. I'm also obsessed with any Hoarding show.
