Weekly weigh in 156 (+3), over Christmas break...groan
Going to the gym is something that was just becoming a habit near the end of last semester, and because I took a LOOONG break over Christmas it will have to be developed into a habit once more. Isn't the rule it takes 3 days to break a habit and 7 to build one? Maybe I'm making that up in my head!
Early to bed and early to rise is also becoming my new mantra this year! I want to feel rested and stay healthy. Day two, doing well!
Eating healthy! This week is veggie central in our apartment, and we are picking up some oranges tonight to amp up the vitamin C intake!
Well, that's about all for today. Just thought it would be a little weekly update. I'm going to try getting into more regular posting. This week I'm aiming for trying a Wordless Wednesday post, so check back for that!
