Weekly Weigh In: 152, (-8lbs total)
So here we go, the 2013 goals.
1) Continue to get in shape, as you can see from my above update I have been working hard and I don't want to backslide on all the progress. (Especially over the holidays)
2) Get back into yoga, this is something that will be much easier to do once I'm married and back living in a city. I can't wait to take a hot yoga class again.
3) Take some new classes and stick with them. Even if it's just one class for the year; whether it's a quilting class/sewing, cooking or dance.
4) Swim regularly! Back in high school I was a lifeguard... I'm probably never going to guard again, but I would like to get back in to the swimming shape that I was once in.
5) Be diligent about my face. I'm going to be lovin' on the sunscreen and try this skin care cleansing method: Oil Baby! over Christmas to keep myself well moisturised.
6) Scrapbook photos from the last couple years, instead of having them filling up my computer! I want to display my favourite pictures around our house nicely whether in frame or in book.
7) Re-assess my wardrobe and Kyle's. Closet purging here we come, whether this is clothes that don't fit or that I just don't wear any more. I want to have outfits that go well together, and make sure I have all the staples I need!
8) Continue to cook healthy, yummy meals and be braver with ingredients. (I've started doing it this year already, so this one is just an ongoing goal)
9) Have at least one big party at our new house when we are married. This means tons of orgasmic food, pinterest galore inspirations, and people to celebrate with!
10) Be more positive. I know this sounds silly, but often times I am WAY to critical, both with myself and others... So I don't know how I'm going to attain this one yet, but I vow to think, speak and act in a more loving Christlike manner.
Love always, and may your resolutions stick to you like glue! (Or the pounds from Christmas baking! Hah!)
