cats, cows and dogs.

One of my favourite things to do is yoga. I love the way it makes me feel, I love my body (most of the time) for the entirety during/after my practice. I love stretching further and further... yes, this relates to my title: cat, cows and dogs; I love cat/cow stretch and downward facing dog. 

I need to regroup this week. I'm starting slowly, because I have found that making superwoman couldn't do them unrealistic goals for myself that I am just setting myself up for failure. 

My goal is to go to yoga tomorrow. I will attend practice tomorrow evening, and will not pay attention to my neglect be patient with my body, spirit and take out of it what I can. 

Kyle and I are also restarting a journey that I began last fall, with weightwatchers. I really appreciate it, because I am one person who doesn't need a diet, I need a positive way of eating and w.w gives me the tools to pursue a healthy relationship. I know this sounds cliché, but that's what it is for me; take it or leave it. 

So, here's to regrouping, eating healthier and finding more space to breathe. 

May you take in all the wonderful things around you, for me this week a good cup of strong tea is one of those things; may you relinquish all the negative things that are bringing you down.
