The Dress!

Long time no blog. Life got hecka busy, and most days I felt like I had nothing legitimate to blog about... I know this blog was intended for wedding planning, buuuut it will most likely branch out into other areas of my life. In regards to wedding though... (drum roll please) I FOUND THE DRESS! It is gorgeous, elegant basically everything I wanted in a dress.

I didn't intend to find it, or buy it, or anything. I was in Ontario visiting my very good friend Emily (also one of my bridesmaids) and we happened to go to this adorable little bridal boutique the day before I flew home. We made an appointment and were there for 3 HOURS! It was great though, I got to pick out dresses and really tell Michelle (the awesome consultant) what I liked and what I didn't. Emily and her sister Amanda were with me to give me helpful advice (much appreciated). I tried on one, and at first I was reluctant... I loved it- but all the logistics flew through my head, "its too early to buy, I'm in Ontario, my mom's not here"... Needless to say after a couple phone calls to my mom assuring me that if I really loved it I should go ahead and put a deposit on it, I did! It's beautiful, and how I wish I could share more...but, sadly Kyle will read this! So as for the dress, you will just have to wait and see!!
