I am a foodie.

I love weddings! I love seeing the glow of the bride, her bright shining eyes as she walks towards her husband-to-be; seeing the enormous grin plastered across the grooms face. I love dancing, listening to the vows, and I love good wedding food.

Let me be clear, I don't think that good wedding food means you have to spend an arm and a leg on each plate. I don't think it has to be super fancy, although it sometimes is really fun when it is! I love incorporating culture, tradition and faves into a menu and that is exactly what Kyle and I hope to do. Here are a few things we plan on having at our wedding.

A smore's bar! This is mainly because a tradition Kyle and I have is to go camping on/close to our anniversary...and any other time that we are able to.
Cake pops are planned for the Rehearsal Dinner.

A mashed potato bar at the reception...also known as "mashtini"- this is fantastic, and if you don't fall in love with this gourmet brilliance, I don't know what WILL make you happy.
