The BIG News

Well if you haven't already guessed, or I haven't spilled the beans already (I'm the worst with secrets)... Kyle and I are expecting a new little member to join our family, arriving approx. March 3, 2016. We are thrilled, we've been "trying" for just over a year- and I recently went on clomid in order to regulate my body; well, it worked!

*Just shared the big news, I'm actually 12 1/2 weeks along as of 22.08.15

So here is the first of many updates.

How Far Along: 6 weeks, as of this Friday.

Weight Gained: None, though I feel super bloated all the time.

Symptoms: Ugh. Constant nausea... I usually throw up once in the morning, and then have severe nausea until around lunch time. I'm also exhausted, that was actually the first thing to tip me off that I was pregnant, I never knew I could be this tired so early.

Food Cravings: Once I'm past the nausea, I'm craving carbs. Bread, pasta, toast, and soup.

Food Aversions: Anything with too strong of a smell, or weird texture. It varies day to day.

Sleep: Sleeping is good, though I'm waking up sick in the mornings.

Stretch Marks: Nope.

Missing?: Drinking. Haha, just kidding. There have been so many special occasions this summer though (weddings mostly) where I wouldn't mind a glass of wine. Other than that, not feeling exhausted/sick all the time would be my only complaint. Before I was feeling so sick, I was really missing my morning coffee as well!

Looking Forward To: When this wretched nausea ends. We also have an ultrasound coming up this Friday!

Gender: Not yet, but hell yes we are finding out! Way too impatient not too.
