I know I do these posts a lot, I've been thinking of some ideas on how I want to blog differently in 2015. I might join up with a project365, taking a picture a day for the whole year. I think that would be a really sweet way to document the year. (It's already the first week of January, so I better find one fast!).
In the meantime...
Loving: That I'm "doing less" this year, not committed to as many things. I'm hoping I can continue this trend past January (I have a terrible habit of saying yes to anything) and be able to do the thing I have said yes to "well".
Loathing: A sweet friendship that has really gone south. I don't know what exactly happened, or how to fix it. For now I've just stepped back and given the situation space. I'm kind of over my angry phase (think listening to T-Swifts "Bad Blood" on repeat!)... and now I'm just sad that I've potentially really hurt this person. It just sucks. End rant.
Eating: So much hummus. That's what I get for buying it at Costco... Also, on the unhealthy side of things- I've discovered "Nutella and Go", basically like a dunkaroos with Nutella. Whoever invented those should be shot, and praised at the same time.
Reading: Not that much actually. I really need to find some new books for 2015, suggestions are welcome.
Watching: Madame Secretary (love) and a new show with Katherine Heigl... which I like, but not as much as I thought I would. Anxiously awaiting Grey's to start back up and still stuck watching PLL which is ridiculous because the plot has gotten way out of hand.
Anticipating: Warm weather, I haven't quite hit my winter blues as we didn't really get our cold snap here in Alberta until just after New Years... But, I'll say it again- if it could be 35+ every day (Celsius for my American friends- I would be more than OK).
Listening: to Taylor Swifts new album on repeat, and a random assortment of other "poppy" music. Also, in the shower now thanks to the sweet new waterproof speaker the hubby got me for Christmas. Love it.
Working On: Getting back into a routine post holidays. Enough said.
Grateful: For a husband who is graduating soon. For a country that I feel safe in, and proud to call home.
