That however would be a total lie.
I don't mind the gym...once I'm there of course, getting there is a totally different story. I'm not a morning person, and I have to leave the house at 7:00 in order to be at work for 8:00, working out at 6:00 is not feasible. I'm sure many of you are those people who are at the gym at 5:30...and good for you. I mean it! I would probably be physically ill and miserable if I was functioning that early. So this leaves after work... I finish at 4:30, so not that late that I usually mind going to the gym. The problem is that I'm so tired and unmotivated...I want to go home, have supper with the hubby and curl up and watch an episode of my show (or 5 haha). I admit it, I'm lazy. Can someone please invent a program where I can watch TV and somehow subconsciously take in the benefits of being at the gym 5X a week!
I know enough of the whining. I'll get there. Yesterday Kyle and I talked about it, and I feel better. I know that I need to be going more often than the once or twice a week I'm going now. My training sessions at World Health have also helped immensely... I'm more familiar and comfortable with using the machines and making myself go through a good workout.
It comes down to consistency. I have the discipline, I have the knowledge and ability. I just need to want it enough to be consistent. So here's to a consistent and moving-forward 2014.

ps: I'm going back to using lose it which was an app I used last year to get me on track with weight loss/eating habits. I love it, and bonus it's free and super easy to use!
