On losing, struggle and being sore.

That's right folks, I've gone full on cray cray (yep I used that abbreviation...judgers gonna judge!) and started doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. If you go to her site you can get a LOT more info, but basically it's 25 minutes each day working you a-- off! Broken down into level 1, 2 or 3 with both modified and advanced moves, it's a mix of strength, abs and cardio.

It's intense... A really good workout, I had started with level 1 last week, done it for 4 days and moved on to level 2... (at that point it was reading break, so all working out ceased to a halt and I'm back at level 1!) At first I thought I would stay on each level for 10 days, but for me by day 3 or 4 I was bored with level 1 and thought I needed more of a challenge.

All you need is a yoga mat and some hand weights. Do it. I'm pumped to let you all in of the results in 10, 15 and 30 days! For today, I'm just sore!!
